Meet The Presenter

Mark Passamaneck is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 25 years of forensic engineering experience, specializing in mechanical failures and firearm-related incidents. His work includes shooting-incident reconstruction, evaluating firearm and ammunition failures, and providing expert witness testimony on standards of care in firearm use, cleaning, hunting, and ammunition loading.

 

Mark has extensive range operations experience, serving as a Range Safety Officer for more than 100 NRL Hunter, 3-Gun, and USPSA matches and as Match Director for the Rimfire Challenge Association International Championship, the IPSC National Shotgun Championship, the Noveske 3-Gun Championship, and the NSSF SHOT Show Mobile Range.

 

He also consults with range owners and government entities on range development, safety protocol improvements, target placement, and evaluations of noise, bullet fall, and public-risk considerations.
