Lacy McClung Jr. is a building consultant specializing in property damage appraisals and repair cost analysis with over 34 years of industry experience. With a strong foundation in construction and restoration, he has worked on a wide range of commercial and residential losses involving hurricanes, tornadoes, fire, and water damage.
Lacy prepares detailed, defensible repair estimates using tools such as Xactimate, RSMeans, and industry connections, then applies thorough construction knowledge to deliver fair and unbiased appraisals, and provides clerk-of-the-work services to verify completed work and support informed settlement decisions.
