Each year Nederveld designs numerous sites for commercial and industrial use. Whether those sites are suburban or urban, we actively listen and create a strategy for each project to ensure that our client’s needs are satisfied.

Housing, workplaces, shops, entertainment, schools, parks and civic facilities are all designed with an eye to timeless architecture, opportunities for interaction with other people, a pleasant walking experience and safe and calm streets.

The added density of tighter site constraints of traditional neighborhood designs present challenges for a design engineer. Nederveld has created and refined its own unique design methodology for these projects which will protect the design intent while creating a financially feasible plan.
