Summary

Located on the near west side of Grand Rapids, this infill project provides 52 multi-story rowhouse units that are 22 feet wide.  These units are located within a quick walk of the Bridge Street business district and within a ten minute walk of downtown Grand Rapids.  The rowhouses will have detached garages to provide residents with a private rear yard, and the garages will be accessed from alleys so that the urban street edge can be maintained.

The architecture of the rowhouses is contextual with many of the traditional buildings on the west side and will be primarily composed of pitched roofs with flat roof units being located on the building ends.  Units will have brick and stone facades and an elevated entry door.  The row houses will be between 1,300 square feet and 1,900 square feet, with a variety of plan options.

The site plan and architecture has been approved as part of a Planned Residential District by the City of Grand Rapids Planning Commisison.
