Spring Lake Township, Michigan
Orchard Hollow is a new community directly adjacent to a 300 acre county nature preserve. The community is composed of six distinct neighborhoods that are This neighborhood design was created using an interactive process between our client and Nederveld. This intensive design process began with teh team discussing broad design concepts and drawing inspiration while spending many hours walking the site. After our initial conceptual brainstorming, the site was defined with a boundary and topographic survey as part of our due-dilligence process.
In addition to the survey work, Nederveld conducted in-depth engineering studies for the development of the site. These included a sanitary sewer study , conceptual storm-water management techniques, and street configuration.
