Summary

The proposed Everett Park is a mixed-use project located less than two blocks east of the Lake Michigan shoreline in South Haven, Michigan. Everett Park will create a new and attractive walkable neighborhood, featuring well-planned residences and an intimate service retail area to encourage pedestrian activity within and around the 26 acre site.  The Everett Park development team has taken care to interweave this new neighborhood into the existing fabric of its surrounding neighbhors.

We believe this new development will serve as a fine example of neighborhood planning, responsive both to the concerns of the existing community residents and also to the needs of the new residents who will come to call Everett Park their home.
