Summary

As part of the new neighborhood that Nederveld helped to create in Grand Rapids Township, an extensive architectural design study was required by the client. The architecture is consistent with the traditional design of the site planning and includes various design concepts for single-family homes, townhouses, live-work units, work-work units, office buildings and retail buildings. Nederveld worked extensively with the client to craft every aspect of the architectural design, including materials, colors, building massing and composition and plan layouts.
