Summary

The concept of this community is to create a traditional neighborhood design with a compact walkable fabric. The homes will be small cottage style buildings with front porches, garages in the rear and traditionally inspired details. In addition, there will be a large central park, which will act as a community gathering place, defined by a close knit grouping of surrounding homes.

Smaller parks will join this central park to provide a hierarchy of unique public spaces, while also providing a diverse housing stock in areas that directly front these parks.

In an effort to reduce environmental impact, strategically placed rain gardens are utilized as a low impact design feature on this site.
