We offer many different types of surveys to meet our clients’ specific needs. From the basic surveyor’s report to the complete topographic survey, we work closely with professionals in all areas, including real estate, lending, architecture, new construction, municipalities and others in order to ensure that all survey related matters are addressed in time, in order to make educated decisions regarding property matters.
Following is a list of some of the types of surveys we provide:
- Surveyors Report – Location of buildings, driveways, decks and pools shown in approximate relation to property boundaries. (Property boundaries not staked). Minimum requirements for mortgage use and often times referred to as a mortgage survey.
- Boundary Survey – Location of property boundaries staked with permanent iron corner stakes set below ground and wood stakes set above ground at the property corners only (additional line stakes can be added).
- Boundary Survey with Improvements – Location of buildings, driveways, decks, pools, fences and encroachments shown accurately in relation to property boundaries. Drafting of easements as listed in a current title commitment, if provided by client, is also included. (Property boundaries staked as noted above in Boundary Survey.)
- Topographic Surveys – Location of buildings, driveways, decks, pools, fences, wells, concrete, trees, landscaping, above ground utilities, encroachments, etc… shown accurately in relation to property boundaries. Spot elevations and contours shown in relation to an established datum (NAVD 88, NGVD 29, (definition links) etc.) or an assumed datum. (Property boundaries staked as noted above in Boundary Survey.)
