Nederveld is committed to building wonderful places through the creation of great architecture and design. The most loved places, the ones that people go the farthest to see or the ones that they pay the most to live in were built over time, by many hands.

In many of our new towns and neighborhoods, it is neither practical nor desirable to use a single architect or builder to create the entire palette of fabric buildings. Instead, we believe that the most effective method for creating these buildings is to have a guild of designers working toward a common vision, which is created by many hands and shaped by many ideas.

Our pattern books offer a guide to this guild of designers, forming the foundation for architecture and setting the standards for placemaking, by utilizing a form based method to convey proportion, massing and detail requirements, while still allowing designers to express their creativity.
